Description:
SDSI series high speed drinking straw extrusion plant is our new design in 2010. We have adopted the screw diameter 50mm instead of the screw diameter 45mm, and L: D is 28: 1. The new design will more easy to plasticizing and increase the production capacity. It is an economic and perfect machine for produce the straw.
Characteristics:
1-Colours: Single, two, three or five, spiral stripes, straight stripes.
2-Cutend: 90° /90° , 90° /45° , 90° /60°
45° /45° , 60° /60°
3-All the direct contact parts made from stainless steel.
4-The cutting unit adopted the big plate cutter and with automatic gathering system.
5-The breaker, AC contactor and knob switch brand is SCHNEIDER
6-The inverter brand is DELTA
