1-Description:
SDSI-3A is a tube extrusion line , composed of three-color co-extruder and die ,size setting and water cooling unit, hauling off uint ,rotary cutter unit ,air compressor ,the machine can produce all kinds size of three-colour drinking straw,like.spiral stripe straw , It adopt the BM Separate model,which screw diameter 45mm,and L:D is 28:1.The new design will more easy to plasticizing and increase the production capacity. It is an economic and perfect machine for produce the co-color straws .
2-Feature:
The extrusion die can be special designed and easy exchanged to produce pipe and shaping stuff,
Water bath in stainless steel can be adjusted in different direction and fixed .
The haul-off unit can be belt or rollers, it is customizable, the table and cover all stainless steel .
